"During my pregnancy, I practiced prenatal yoga with Alessa once a week for 10 weeks. The course had extremely beneficial effects on both my body and mind, helped creating an even stronger bond with my baby and gave me the tools to manage the pain during labour thanks to breathing and body positions we practiced with her. She also gave us very useful information regarding pregnancy and preparation to birth, always being discrete and with open ears, listening to our needs first. She's a very special yoga teacher, who loves what she does and loves helping people finding what they need through yoga practice. Thank you so much Alessa for filling my journey to becoming a mom with awareness, self love and care!"
